Norma

Norma, a mom and twelve year veteran teacher, is no stranger to hard work and dedication. 

After receiving her BA degree from Santa Clara University, Norma continued her studies at the National Hispanic University in San Jose, where she acquired her California teaching credential, the BCLAD (Bilingual, Crosscultural, Language and Academic Development).

She taught in California the first five years of her career then relocated to the Phoenix area and taught there another seven years.  During this time, she also took courses and has nearly completed her Masters Degree in Administration from NAU.

Upon deciding to make a career move, Norma chose to go into the mortgage industry business.   And, although the move came at a trying time for the industry, Norma feels very excited about the change. With her resolve to succeed, commitment to excellence and dedication to customer service, Norma feels she will be able to win her customers over nonetheless.
